Product Application

DTH drilling tools are widely used in underground mining, quarries, hydraulic and hydro-power engineering, water well drilling, mineral exploration, anchoring hole drilling, geothermal engineering, subway excavation, and other civil engineering applications. These tools offer high flatness, smooth hole walls, rigid drill rods and hammers, independent high axial thrust, unlimited drilling depth, low device costs, and easy maintenance. They are particularly effective for drilling holes with diameters between 105mm and 254mm.

Bit Face Types

Concave: For medium-hard and homogeneous rock formations. Provides good hole deviation control and excellent flushing capacity.

Convex: For high penetration rates in soft to medium-hard formations with low to medium air pressure. Offers the most resistance to steel wash and may reduce load and wear on gauge buttons, though with less hole deviation control.

Flat face: Suitable for hard to very hard and abrasive rock formations in high air pressure applications. Delivers good penetration rates and resistance to steel wash.
